Day 1: Sofia – Plovdiv, 165 km. /D/ Arrivala at Sofia airport. Departure forPlovdiv. Accommodation at the hotel and dinner. Overnight in Plovdiv.
Day 2: Plovdiv – Brestovitsa – Plovdiv, 60 km. /B/ Morning walking tour in the Old town of Plovdiv/3,000 years long history/. Afternoon visit of a local winery in the village of Brestovitsa near Plovdiv to taste quality wines from South Thracian Region. Return to Plovdiv. Overnight in Plovdiv.
Day 3: Plovdiv – Bansko – Melnik – Sandanski, 280 km. /B,L/ Departure for Bansko – a town known as a famous ski resort. Stop for a lunch in a traditional folk-stile restaurant. Continue to Melnik to visit the Kordopulov’s House. Wine tasting at the cellar on the top of the village. Drive to Damianitsa winery. Wine tasting. Overnight in Sandanski.
Day 4: Sandanski – Rila – Sofia, 190 km. /B,L/ Early morning departure for Rila Monastery. Visiting the Monastery and its museum. Lunch. Late afternoon continue to Sofia. Overnight in Sofia.
Day 5: Sofia /B, D/ Morning walking tour of Sofia. Time at leisure. Optional tours. Farewell dinner at a folk-style restaurant. Overnight in Sofia.
Day 6: Sofia /B/ Departure transfer to the airport.
