Day 1: Sofia – Veliko Turnovo, 230 km. /D/ Arrival at Sofia airport. Departure for Veliko Turnovo. Accommodation at the hotel and dinner. Overnight in Veliko Turnovo.
Day 2: Veliko Turnovo – Liaskovets – Arbanssi – Veliko Turnovo, 45 km. /B, L/ Morning sightseeing tour of the town – the Tzarevetz Hill, Samovodene Marketplace, Historical Museum. Departure for Liaskovets to visit a traditional wine cellar, the museum of wine-growing and wine-production. Wine-tasting of real Bulgarian sorts of wine as well as well-distinguished brands. Lunch at Liaskovets Winery. Departure for Arbanssi. Walking tour of the picturesque village. Return to Veliko Turnovo. Time at leisure.Overnight in Veliko Turnovo.
Day 3: Veliko Turnovo – Plovdiv, 230 km. /B,L/ Early morning departure to Plovdiv. On the way – stop for visiting the unique Thracian tomb in Kazanlak. Visit of a local winery in the village of Brestovitsanear Plovdiv to taste quality wines from South Thracian Region. Lunch. Departure to Plovdiv. Accommodation at the hotel. Walking tour in the Old town of Plovdiv /3,000 years long history/. Overnight in Plovdiv.
Day 4: Plovdiv – Bansko – Melnik – Sandanski, 280 km. /B,L/ Departure for Bansko – a town known as a famous ski resort. Stop for a lunch in a traditional folk-stile restaurant. Continue to Melnik to visit the Kordopulov’s House. Wine tasting at the cellar on the top of the village. Drive to Damianitsa winery. Wine tasting. Overnight in Sandanski.
Day 5: Sandanski – Rila – Sofia, 190 km. /B,L,D/ Early morning departure for Rila Monastery. Visiting the Monastery and its museum. Lunch. Afternoon continue to Sofia. Walking tour of Sofia. Farewell dinner at a folk-style rstaurant. Overnight in Sofia.
Day 6: Sofia Departure transfer to the airport.
